For virtual events, Zoom links are sent out at minimum 2 weeks prior to the event date with reminders 1 week, 1 day and 1 hour prior to the event. Please ensure that the email you register with can accept emails from Zoom. The Zoom links are unique to your registration and are not to be shared. If the link is shared the individual will not receive credit for the event. If we don't receive an email from you at least 2hrs ahead of the event that you did not receive the Zoom link, we will not issue you a refund for the event.
Event CPE Certificates are sent out 2-3 weeks after the event date. If for some reason you did not receive a certificate after 3 weeks of the event date, please email TrainingDirector@acfesouthflorida.org |
