- Apply the three-line model to fraud mitigation
- List responsibilities of the Securities and Exchange Commission
- Identify the most common securities fraud claims

Prerequisites: Basic Knowledge of fraud
Advanced Preparation: None
CPE Compliance: In order to qualify for CPE credit, participants will need to remain logged in for a total of 50 minutes and respond to three polling questions per credit hour.
