Early Bird Registration Cost (Expires on January 15, 2021):  $85 Members / $99 Non-Members

Regular Registration Cost: $120 Members / $150 Non-Members (registration will close at 8:00 PM EST on January 27, 2021). 


Learning Objectives: 

  • Identify mechanisms utilized to determine channel stuffing
  • List methods to prevent channel stuffing 
  • Align the current Covid-19 environment with historical trends
  • Apply the fraud triangle to the internal environment
  • Apply the three-line model to fraud mitigation 
  • List responsibilities of the Securities and Exchange Commission 
  • Identify the most common securities fraud claims

Program Knowledge Level: Intermediate

Field of Study: Fraud and Specialized Knowledge

Prerequisites: Basic Knowledge of fraud 

Advanced Preparation: None

CPE Compliance: In order to qualify for CPE credit, participants will need to remain logged in for a total of 50 minutes and respond to three polling questions per credit hour. 


A Zoom webinar link will be sent out by email to registrants within 48 hours of event.
