    Presentation Title: Uncovering Blindspots

    Learning Objectives:

      • Ethics as Action: Our seminar redefines ethics as a verb, emphasizing that a company's ethical stature is shaped daily by the actions and decisions of its employees. This active approach helps participants see ethics as part of their everyday responsibilities.
      • Practical Over Theoretical: We focus on practical ethics rather than theoretical discussions, equipping participants with the tools they need to apply ethical principles in real-world situations effectively.
      • Uncovering Blindspots: The workshop will delve into ethical blindspots and cognitive biases that often lead to corporate scandals. We'll explore scenarios that demonstrate these biases, highlighting common "ethics traps" where making the right choice can be challenging.
      • Recognition and Intervention: Participants will learn to identify potential ethical failures in others or within the organization and explore strategies for steering situations back towards integrity.
      • Ethical Leadership: We will discuss the role of leadership in setting ethical standards and how ethical behavior can be cultivated at all levels of an organization.
