About the Role

The Senior Fraud Manager will lead PayCargo's fraud prevention, detection, investigation, and payment risk management initiatives across its payment platform and related financial operations. This role will develop and implement strategies to identify suspicious activity, minimize financial losses, strengthen internal controls, and protect payers, vendors, and the company against evolving fraud and financial crime threats. Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Finance, Operations, Customer Support, Product, and Technology, the Senior Fraud Manager will enhance transaction monitoring, oversee complex investigations, strengthen payment controls, and leverage data and technology to improve fraud prevention. This individual will also lead and develop a high-performing team while ensuring that risk management practices support operational efficiency, customer experience, and applicable regulatory requirements across relevant jurisdictions.
