This role will develop and implement strategies to identify suspicious activity, minimize financial losses, strengthen internal controls, and protect payers, vendors, and the company against evolving fraud and financial crime threats. Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Finance, Operations, Customer Support, Product, and Technology, the Senior Fraud Manager will enhance transaction monitoring, oversee complex investigations, strengthen payment controls, and leverage data and technology to improve fraud prevention.
